Orders: Ship USPS in 3-5 business days.  

Shipping: USA only (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).  

Returns: Due to the nature of the products, I cannot accept returns on the pet bars. All sales are final on other products offered. For damaged orders, you must contact your local USPS and report the damage upon receipt of package.

Weather: In the warmer weather the bars can soften. Pop it in the freezer for an hour or so upon arrival. DO NOT LEAVE IN PET BARS IN HEAT!

Address Verification: Customers must provide a correct address. Errors may delay delivery. I am not liable for issues once the order has shipped.  

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package shows as delivered, contact your local USPS office.
